As Production Engineer, you’ll work at the centre of South Crofty’s transition from redevelopment to production, supporting the design, planning and implementation of the systems, processes and engineering solutions that will underpin the mine for years to come. Working closely with production, technical, geology and backfill teams, you’ll contribute to everything from mine planning and equipment integration to operational readiness, risk management and continuous improvement.
This is an ideal opportunity for a mining engineer who enjoys combining technical expertise with practical problem-solving. You’ll play a key role in optimising underground operations, introducing new technologies and equipment, and developing the procedures, training and operational systems needed to build a safe, efficient and modern hard rock mining operation.
