- We maintain a full occupational health and safety regulatory compliance record.
- We provide regular health and safety training for our employees, including underground working, mine rescue and handling hazardous substances
- Our site activities are conducted in accordance with risk-based written protocols for safe working
- We developed health and safety Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) and monitor industry standard lagging and leading indicators.
- We maintain an Emergency Response Plan for the South Crofty mine and the water treatment plant. We are working to expand the scope of our health and safety data collection beyond regulatory requirements, positioning us for transparent public reporting of our health and safety performance in the future.
